If you been watching the race in Minnesota you know that the Democrats are trying to pull a fast one on Norm Coleman. Now Franken is citing “missing ballots”:
“Things are getting even dicier in the Minnesota Senate recount.
Al Franken’s campaign is contending that Minnesota election officials may have lost several dozen ballots across the state. Their basis for the charge is that the number of recounted ballots in certain counties does not match the total numbers of votes tallied on Election Day.

“Hot off the press, the first apparent evidence of fraud. Last night at around 7:30, a precinct in Mountain Iron, St. Louis County, mysteriously updated its vote total to add 100 new votes–all 100 for Barack Obama and Al Franken.
Mountain Iron uses optical scanning, so the Coleman campaign asked for a copy of the tape documenting the ballots cast on election night. In light of Brunner’s shenanigans. Here’s the letter.
My opinion is that the Governor should remove Brunner or at least suspend her. It all ready been previously ruled that she broke the law, the DOJ will most likely agree to Voinovich’s request.

“Nevada state authorities seized records and computers Tuesday from the Las Vegas office of an organization that tries to get low-income people registered to vote, after fielding complaints of voter fraud.
Bob Walsh, spokesman for the Nevada secretary of state’s office, told FOXNews.com the raid was prompted by ongoing complaints about “erroneous” registration information being submitted by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN.
