Here’s the weasel clause: “The timing, operational decision making and control are in Admiral McRaven’s hands. The approval is provided on the risk profile presented to the President. Any additional risks are to be brought back to the President for his consideration. The direction is to go in and get bin Laden and if he is not there, to get out.”

Like I said before, Obama is a moral coward. He can’t accept responsibility for what he’s done wrong, and accepts all the responsibility for anything that goes right.

Additionally Mukasey wrote an oped in the WSJ comparing Obama’s spiking the football to other leaders of the past who didn’t seek such adolation and gave credit – and took blame – where it was due.

The memo puts all control in the hands of Admiral McRaven – the “timing, operational decision making and control” are all up to McRaven. So the notion that Obama and his team were walking through every stage of the operation is incorrect. The hero here was McRaven, not Obama. And had the mission gone wrong, McRaven surely would have been thrown under the bus.
The memo is crystal clear on that point. It says that the decision has been made based solely on the “risk profile presented to the President.” If any other risks – no matter how minute – arose, they were “to be brought back to the President for his consideration.” This is ludicrous. It is wiggle room. It was Obama’s way of carving out space for himself in case the mission went bad. If it did, he’d say that there were additional risks of which he hadn’t been informed; he’d been kept in the dark by his military leaders.

Finally, the memo is unclear on just what the mission is. Was it to capture Bin Laden or to kill him? The White House itself was unable to decide what the mission was in the hours after the Bin Laden kill, and actually switched its language. The memo shows why: McRaven was instructed to “get” Bin Laden, whatever that meant.

President Obama made the right call to give the green light to the mission. But he did it in a way that he could shift the blame if things went wrong. Typical Obama. And typical of him to claim full credit for it, when he didn’t do anything but give a vague nod, while putting his top military officials at risk of taking the hit in case of a bad turn.”

Which is Obama’s MO. He doesn’t take responsibility. He blames everything on everyone and even in this greatest moment of military might he looked for an escape of blame hatch in case something went wrong.

You know where I”m going, and I know it’s “out there”, but think for a minute. “Obama is no Bill Clinton” you say. Ok, maybe not, you do the math. Obama is going to Columbia alone and his advanced party – there to pave the way – are caught scoring coke and hookers.

The $5,027,761,476,484.56 that the debt has increased during Obama’s presidency equals $16,043.39 for every one of the 313,385,295 people the Census Bureau now estimates live in the United States.

At the close of business on Jan. 20, 2009, the day Obama was inaugurated, the federal government’s debt was $10,626,877,048,913.08, according to the U.S. Treasury. By the close of business on April 16, 2012—as many Americans were working to finalize their 2011 tax returns to meet an April 17 filing deadline—the debt had reached $15,654,638,525,397.64.”

We also know that – God forbid – he’s reelected the estimates for his second term would spiral the debt to well beyond 15 trillion. America simply cannot afford Barack Obama.

My wife is asian and she tells me that eating dog is considered a sacrament. That when you partake of the dog the dog becomes one with your spirit.

“(CNN) – President Barack Obama holds a nine-point lead over Republican challenger Mitt Romney thanks in part to the perception that the president is more likeable and more in touch with the problems facing women and middle class Americans, according to a new national poll.

A CNN/ORC International poll released Monday also indicates a large gender gap that benefits Obama, but the public is divided on which candidate can best jump-start the economy.

According to the poll, 52% of registered voters say if the presidential election were held today, they would vote for the president, with 43% saying they would cast a ballot for Romney, the former Massachusetts governor who is making his second bid for the White House. The poll was conducted Friday through Sunday, a few days after former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania suspended his bid for the GOP nomination. Even though former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Rep. Ron Paul of Texas continue their long-shot bids for the nomination, Romney is now generally considered the presumptive nominee.”

Too bad for CNN that Gallup also released their poll, the beginning of their daily tracking between Obama and Romney and it show Romney up by 2.

While they didn’t publish it, I got a copy of the sample for CNN. Both heavy on black and democrat and women. That explains it. Additionally CNN’s numbers on independents is pure crap. In every other poll independents are fleeing Obama in droves.

Oh well we’ll have a couple of hundred of these to go, but you can trash this one for sure.

“The verified Twitter account of President Barack Obama has been found to be a follower of the Twitter account @sidebooborg, representing a blog which collects and posts pictures of celebrities whose unadorned breasts are visible in profile.

According to the individual who runs the followed account, who only goes by the name “Celebrity Sideboob,” the sides of boobs are a particular passion of his/hers. “If you haven’t already figured this out, I love sideboob and I run a website based on it,” on tweet states.

Granted, the President is often not directly involved in the operation of his Twitter account, and nearly 700,000 Twitter users enjoy the honor of being followed by the Commander-in-Chief.

One possible explanation for the cheek-reddening discovery is that “Celebrity Sideboob” may have been followed by the @barackobama account under a different, more innocuous name, then switched Twitter handles upon discovering a lucrative outlet for aggregating images of sideboobs.

Regardless of the story behind this mystery, one can expect the President’s social media team to receive a stern warning about the optics of Twitter follows. Representing the leader of the free world, one must take every precaution possible to avoid looking like a–well, you get the picture.”

Some will say that the President isn’t always directly involved with his account, but nevertheless I’m a leg man myself.

“David Axelrod was shredded this morning by Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday. Wallace kept Axelrod on defense and off balance throughout. The major bloodletting occurred here”

Wallace didn’t let go at that point. He kept hamming at Axelrod to give him an answer that didn’t sound like a talking point and Axelrod just got more and more flustered and frustrated. You could actually see the shades of red glow on his face.

It’s been a rough week. The only ace that he and Obama had for November was the faux “War on Women” and that’s gone now. They’ve got nothing left but talking points and no one is believing them.

“Most of the Secret Service agents embroiled in a prostitution scandal brought women back to their Colombia hotel rooms before President Obama arrived in town for an international summit, Rep. Pete King said Saturday.

King said the raunchy rendezvous involved 11 agents and went sour when an agent refused to pay one of the women, who were presumed to be hookers.

“The agent said, ‘I don’t owe you anything,’ but gave the woman some money,” said King (R-L.I.),the head of the House Homeland Security Committee, who was briefed on the matter. “I don’t know how much, and it was settled right there.”

As it turned out, the agents’ troubles were just beginning. Local cops were called to the hotel in Cartagena and, because the matter involved foreigners, a report was written up and sent to the U.S. Embassy, King said.

Embassy officials in turn notified the Secret Service, which immediately launched an investigation.

At least one supervisor was among the agents involved, King said. He was not certain exactly how many women were involved.

The scandal — a black eye for the United States’ reputation abroad — was revealed Friday just hours before President Obama arrived in Cartagena.

The 11 agents were part of an advance team assigned to secure a local hotel before the summit began, yet their attention apparently turned to taking advantage of Colombia’s policy of legal prostitution.

According to other reports the dispute was $47. Again, just stupid. As noted in the article their careers are over. But call me over skeptical, but there is more to this story. SS agents are a really tight and well trained and displined bunch, and frankly I can’t believe that all 11 were this stupid. We’ll have to see as more of the story as it unfolds.
