I fully agree and am very glad to see others who have recognized this, biased , disgusting , partisan opinion. What gives him the right to decide, on his own whether their fear is bonafide? Nothing! he is not God. But this personal opinion is the crux of the decision against her and allows the 2nd weazel decision – that her effort to get him fired therefore must have been for some other personal reason. If he has the audacity to decide whether they were justified in their fear or not, doesn’t he have at least the burden of proof as to what other personal reason they had in trying to get him fired? Apparently not! I sure hope that conservative radio and talk shows start talking about this ridiculous partisan hackjob so that it gets out, since the main stream media, of course, will only show it as justificatin to contined palin -bashing.

At page 1 of the Branchflower Report it states the terms in the contract under which he must conduct his investigation.

He must conduct the “investigation in a professional, unbiased, independent objective manner and conduct the investigation at arm’s length from the political process.”
Seems to me Governor Palin, in her role as Governor, should Commence an action against Branchflower for breach of contract.

I reckon the Alaskan Government would have a good shot at winning.
