Obama’s Homeless Henrietta Hughes owns a House

   Mac, I am not familiar with Florida deeds, but it looks like Ms. Henrietta gave a quick claim deed to Corey Hughes (her son?) in August, 2006.

   Now she has stated that she lived with her son. Did he mortgage the home and then lose it?

   There is more to this story than what the bleating heart media will report.

   Quitclaim deeds are sometimes used for transfers between family members, gifts, placing personal property into a business entity, or to eliminate clouds on title, or in other special or unusual circumstances.

   It’s very common in Florida for elderly persons to QD their property to their children (avoid inheritance tax?). It’s most unusual however to have a QD when both parties were already jointly owning the property.

   In either case there is no record of sale of the residence for either party.

   Mac, researched Corey Hughes. The latest thing on record is the quit claim deed on 8/09/06 from Henrietta Hughes.

   If there was another mortgage taken out after the mortgage was satisifed and released from the lender on 10/10/03, it would have been recorded. There is nothing.

   So here is the history: the house seems to have been bought by both Henrietta Hughes and Corey Hughes, satisfaction of mortgage (paid off) recorded on 10/10/03 and she transferred her share (ownership) to Corey Hughes on 08/09/06. The mortgage that was paid off was $124,400.00 and the home was bought in (I think) 2001 and had a number of transfers of mortgage holder which is not unusal as many times a mortgage is sold.

   If this lady is homeless it is because her own kid kicked her out after he got a hold of the title to the home completely in his name, but I seriously doubt that happened.

   This lady was obviously a plant, and I would not be surprised if she is not involved with the local Democratic Party or some affiliate like maybe ACORN.

   Since you are local, you should do a little digging as everyone leaves a trail. If she has lived there for almost 8 years, she is not in a closet.

   Expose this fraud, Mac and then contact the local paper. Do in in memory of what the Democrats did to Joe the Plumber.

   Mac, toddle on over to Michelle Malkins. It seems that Miss Henrietta and son Corey were in New York in 2004 with Corey getting free medical care. The article Michelle posted says that Ms. Henrietta, age 58, was on Medicare/Medicaid which means that she was receiving SSDI.

   It also says that she and son, Corey went to Florida in 2008 on borrowed money.

   How many Henrietta Hughes with a son named Corey live in Fort Meyers, Florida?

   There is something really rotten here, and it ain’t in Denmark.

   The white woman behind Henrietta that is all breathlessly in love looks very familair as well. I am sure I have seen her in Obama audiences before. If we could put this all together, gather some more information, then present it as a whole and show this JERK for what he is in no uncertain terms, that may help a little.
