No matter what words he uses in excuse of the failure of the Stimulus and of his policies, the fact is, he has failed.

This is a good ad, and true. Again, the GOP needs only a return to conservative roots and offer conservative solutions to the current economic situation.

By 2010 America will be ready to respond.
