AQ means "the base" and that is exactly what it is, a base of the philosophy of radical Islam. Zawahiri has warned Obama that they consider him to be just another apostate, as the son of a Muslim (and therefore Muslim by birth) and will respond to him in the way that they will respond to all apostates. Zawahiri basically issued a fatwa against Obama; loud and clear in the typical Middle Eastern way of talking around a subject instead of talking directly to it. And to make it clear, he insulted Obama by calling him a slave to the white man. As I said earlier, India is the warning salvo.
