Looks like NBC News has made a stand to become America’s Fantasy News Network by extending Chief Moonbat Keith Olbermann’s contract to 2011 AND:

“Olbermann will also contribute occasional essays to ‚ÄúNBC Nightly News‚Äù and there will be two prime-time ‚ÄúCountdown‚Äù specials a year on NBC, a division of NBC Universal, said NBC News President Steve Capus.”

Heh…Universal, love that fantasy theme park, got The Hulk, Spiderman. But this doesn’t bode well for NBC. It’s not going to long before Olbermann gets in a jam with a false report (for which he is famous). Since Countdown as well as other shows on MSNBC come in consistently last in cable ratings, it’s hard to imagine what kind of stuff they’re smoking, but hey, it’s just more opportunity for Olbermann to show his ignorance and instability and that’s always been good for a post or two at Macsmind!
