If the tape exists, it is virtually too late for broadcast. About 1/3 of the voters had voted early. Since API claimed that the tape would be aired before November 4th (U.S. Election day), the time is running out. If there is no broadcast of such tape, I assume that API, and any other blogs with ISP’s from Norway would be permanently blocked.
