This has been floating around for the last couple of weeks. An African News agency, API purports to have the tape of Michelle Obama ranting over the phone to API about their coverage of her husband’s citizenship.
Again, Michelle’s reported words as captured on tape.
“African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” and she went to state that, “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner”
Here’s the update:
“We have noted your concern as readers. It is important that you understand we are doing our best and our interest is to ensure that we do the right thing so that nobody handling or who has handled the tapes gets hurt. It serves no purpose to continue speculating whether we have the tapes or not, or whether we are genuine or not.
The answer is simple: The tapes exists and will be aired. We also want you to know that we are genuine in all this and API has had not intention to mislead anyone. The truth of the matter is that there has been a delay, yes we understand, but there is nothing wrong being careful in situations like this one.
There is no question in our minds that you as a reader understand why it is important to be careful when dealing with information that touches on the security situation of any nation.
There has been a lot of pressure from the readers and the same from those who represent Nations in question. API has to way and balance its act so that nobody is put into an embarrassing situation and for that matter danger to any ones life.
We are not about to drop airing the tapes. It will be done even if some continue to place obstacles on our way.
According to a source with Fox News they have been contacted about this tape from AFI but would not go into any other details. As this isn’t the first time we’ve heard of such a tape (Whitey), I will admit a bit of skeptism.
We’ll see, time is short, and if they are going to release this tape this week (Wednesday) would be the best time.

1Oh- OOOOOO!
Michelle’s getting a little testy about that adopting by a foreigner thing –
Could it be that Barrack never did properly apply to a US Citizen again after his adopted father took away his citizenship when he forced him to be an Indonesian citizen?

3Here’s the esteemed “Chief Editor Korir” of API, I wouldn’t put too much stock in his MO tape story. Norway supreme court has called him “charlatan” and “qualified unreliable,” and he apparently has misused NGO funds that have gone to his Rainbow Foundation:

4If Barack Obama was adopted by his Indonesian step-father, he lost his American citizenship (Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenship at that time). When he came back to the US he was either repatriated as a Naturalized citizen or wasn’t processed (he was only 10 at the time) and has actually been in the US as an illegal alien for 38 years. In either case, he does not meet the Constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen in order to serve as President. The really sad thing is that he is a Constitutional lawyer and he knew that he was ineligible going into the race. That is just wrong.
