Finally, remember my brothers and sisters in arms who stand in harms way in Iraq, Afghanistan and other exotic locals throughout the world. Today they will have their meals among their comrades, but minus their families as they stand in the gap and protect us from harm. As you bow your head today, throw one up for them – it’s because of what they do that we can have this day in peace and safety.
