As I talked about today on the MacRanger Show, the election is over and Barack Obama will become the 44th President of the United States. The first “Affirmative Action” candidate has now been selected – not so much on qualifications, but because of the “historical significance” of his selection.

In fact the “historical racial significance” has been all the media has been talking about since Tuesday. The fact that we will now have the first black president, and how far we’ve come from our “racist past”.

Yet remember after Barack Obama announced his run for the President the La Times called him the “Magic Negro”, and soon after Time Magazine mused whether he was “black enough”. Yet throughout the campaign no one really talked about the racial aspect except Barack Obama and his supporters.

Whether it was his “typical white person” comment, or his crack about people in Pennsylvania who cling to their guns and religion – an obvious reference to “crackers”. Cowardly John Murtha went as far to as to call them “racist” and “redneck”.

Yet the most ignored words of racism came from the mouth of Barack Obama himself as outlined in this video.
