I’m going on the record now that not only will Democrats not make any significant gains in November, but they may even lose big. Charlie Rangel will be retiring to that estate of his after all.

My reasoning is simple: People aren’t stupid, they feel protected by Bush, and most importantly the Democrats have no plan – except to give it up to the terrorists.

Democrats can’t convince Americans that they can fight terrorism better than George Bush. I’m not even convinced that they would fight it at all. They know this is true which is why they’ve gone after Walmart. Funny, I don’t remember a time that Walmart ever blew up a building, but Joe Biden and the rest of the senior donks thinks that they are a threat. Case closed.

Related to that is that they simply can’t beat the President on his stock and trade which is since September 11th, 2001 there hasn’t been one attack on American soil. NADA. It’s the Gold Standard of the Bush Administration and it’s not going to change before November.

Yeah they can say that the Iraq War isn’t going well, but then American’s aren’t behind their message of “Cut and Run” either. They can try to say the economy is bad, but anyone with an intellect above a earthworm knows that’s bogus.

The fact is that Democrats really have no message except a pleading, “Please elect us – we feel so useless”, but in truth they have absolutely no platform, no message, no plan. They simply want to get elected just for the sake of having power. That’s all the Democratic Party has ever been about.

They’re message for 2006, “Come Home, America” is a crappy if not laughable platform. Heck, it’s sounds like a Walmart ad!

Additionally, the biggest miscalculation is how Republican voters will turn out in November. Democratic strategist are saying that there will be a “malaise” over Republican voters, and that points to low voter turnout. Fact is that current data shows that eighty-one percent of Republican voters are “almost certain” to vote and an additional 14 percent say they are “very likely.” It goes without saying that they’ll vote Republican: By a margin of 84 percent to 6 percent, they will pull the GOP toggle switch in the voting booth.

This is still very much a Red State nation and like in 2002, 2004, it will be in 2006.
