Per a source on the Hill, a deal has been reached that would extend tax cuts for all but those making one-million dollars a year as well as a deal to avoid other Fiscal Cliff issues. The deal should be announced tomorrow once all the details are hammered out.

UPDATE: Byron York writes that the deal is for those making less than $500,000 a year, but opines that the amount isn’t written in stone. He also writes that the GOP (surprise) won’t get anything in return for giving in. Let’s wait and see.
