In light of an activist judges’ attempt at thwarting the will of the people in Wisconsin, a spokesperson for the State Legislature told me tonight that they will simply re-vote and pass the bill again this Wednesday. That would simply null and void the ruling.
Additionally another legal analyst told me that the Governor may just overrule the judge, citing a ‘State Emergency’. If you ask me he should simply remove her.
The order is based on the judge’s misconception about “open meetings”. The meeting was open, in fact the capital where the meetings were held were filled to the brim with union thugs and protestors.
He wished to remain anonymous, but added, “One way or another this is going into law”.
