As expected today Apple release the full Beatles collection on iTunes and in time for John Lennon’s 70th Birthday. This had been years in the making with arguments over rights and licensing. Apple you’ll remember was the Beatles label after Capitol and the basis of the disagreement was over whether or not Apple after it was founded in 1976 would ever become associated with music, thus confusing the name with Apple records.
