I spoke with a psychologist friend of mine a while back and asked him to review 25 posts from Andrew Sullivan to see what he could glean from his obsession of Sarah Palin. By way of disclaimer the psychologist is a democrat.

The twenty five posts are specific posts he wrote about Sarah Palin. As most people know Sullivan has an obsession about Sarah Palin that goes beyond simple journalistic reasons. There must be a reason right? There is.

His verdict?

“Andrew Sullivan seems to have an personality disorder that this prevailant in men who have deep seated anger and resentment of powerful women. Most likely Mr. Sullivan was either abused or dominated by a woman (mother, sister, aunt) at sometime in life. This would explain the trivial nature of the majority of his writings about Sarah Palin.”

So now you know, and it’s official. Andrew Sullivan needs therapy.
