We learned it with Air America and things haven’t changed much. Liberal media is out of touch with the majority of Americans and many simply don’t listen to it.

“More people are getting their news about the upcoming election from cable television than any other source, and from Fox News more than any other cable channel, according to a POLITICO/George Washington University Battleground Poll released Monday.

The poll found that 81 percent of those polled get their news about the midterm elections from cable channels, like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, or their websites, compared with 71 percent from national network news channels, such as ABC, NBC or CBS, and their websites.

Among cable news channels, Fox was the clear winner, with 42 percent of respondents saying it is their main source, compared with 30 percent who cited CNN and 12 percent who rely on MSNBC.

This isn’t a surprise and definitely not a fluke. Fox has led the cable ratings for the better part of 12 years. CNN, MSNBC have never even come close. Which is why liberals demonize Fox as some sort of evil when it’s in fact it represents the majority of Americans.

Which is encouraging. Rachael Maddow is a notable hack who’s been discredited many times over for fabricating stories, first on Air America and now her how – and hardly viewed- cable show. She’s a freaking disgrace to journalism, but a perfect bed partner to Keith Olbermann.
