I mused before ObamaDumbo got elected in the first place, what would happen when America discovered that Obama was basically Marion Berry without the crack. It’s happened.

Let’s face it. It’s evident that Obama was elected as an “experiment”. The MSM carried him over the threshold just to be in on the history of covering the first black president (although Bill Clinton was the first). They knew he was over his head. They knew he wasn’t even remotely qualified. But they couldn’t help themselves.

I mused back that once America sniffed out just how incompetent Obama is at the job of President of the United States the fall would be swift.

Well? You know it’s back with one of Obama’s number one bootlickers, Roger Simon, who created an entire online presence – The Politico – to defend him, throws in the towel.

“Honest to goodness, the man just does not get it. He might be forced to pull a Palin and resign before his first term is over. He could go off and write his memoirs and build his presidential library. (Both would be half-size, of course.)

I am not saying Obama is not smart; he is as smart as a whip. I am just saying he does not understand what savvy first-term presidents need to understand:

You have to stay on message, follow the polls, listen to your advisers (who are writing the message and taking the polls) and realize that when it comes to doing what is right versus doing what is expedient, you do what is expedient so that you can get reelected and do what is right in the second term. If at all possible. And it will help your legacy. And not endanger the election of others in your party. And not hurt the brand. Or upset people too much.

Recently, President Obama decided he had to weigh in on the controversy surrounding the proposed construction of a Muslim community center and mosque near ground zero in New York.

It is a controversy Obama could have ducked (he had been doing so for weeks), but he finally decided he needed to lend his voice and the weight of the presidency to speaking out for what is right.

So on Friday night, he said: “As a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country. That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan in accordance with local laws and ordinances.”

See what I mean about not getting it?”

I still laugh when they call Obama “smart”. Smart people don’t consistently mouth their way into a pile of excrement. Smart people know when to shut the hell up or better yet not talk at all. Smart people don’t continually get associated with morons like Jeremiah Wright and sit in his goddamn so-called “church” for 20 years listening to racist rants and anti-American sentiment and claim they didn’t hear a thing.

Smart people don’t make up crap as they go along.

Smart people can talk without the help of a god damn teleprompter for gods sake.

Let’s dispense with the “Obama is smart”, he’s not. He’s a dope. Simon knows it, America knows it. It won’t be long before the rest of the MSM joins in the funeral procession, rinsing their hands of Obama in sackcloth and ashes claiming they had nothing to do with it.

They have to, they can’t stand to see the carnage and god knows they don’t want to be blamed for him screwing the country so far into the ground that it will take decades to reverse the effects.

Fine mess you got us into, no wonder the public doesn’t trust you anymore.
