Via the “political correction” another shadow site of the George Soros funded media matters.
“Rep. Steve King (R-IA) appeared on the G. Gordon Liddy Show this morning to discuss Arizona’s controversial immigration law and accused Attorney General Eric Holder and President Barack Obama — both critics of the legislation — of harboring animosity towards white Americans. Specifically, he accused Obama of having a “default mechanism” that favors “the black person.”
King: When you look at this administration, I’m offended by Eric Holder and the President also, their posture. It looks like Eric Holder said that white people in America are cowards when it comes to race. And I don’t know what the basis of that is but I’m not a coward when it comes to that and I’m happy to talk about these things and I think we should. But the President has demonstrated that he has a default mechanism in him that breaks down the side of race — on the side that favors the black person
PCB takes except on King’s account of Holder’s statement.
“King misquoted Holder, who did not single out any specific group during a Justice Department event last February:
“Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards. Though race related issues continue to occupy a significant portion of our political discussion, and though there remain many unresolved racial issues in this nation, we, average Americans, simply do not talk enough with each other about race.”
PBC is treading water. The inferences could not be more clear – aside from the outrageous statement that we are a “Nation of Cowards”. From Obama’s constant apologies for our existence he most likely favors that portion of Holder’s statement as well.
That Obama would be more partial – in policy and personal preference – to the “black person” or even have latent racist tendencies is beyond debate. His writings – which we have explored here – clearly show that exists. No, it’s not the racism the left thinks of, but it is the type which all ethnic groups have inherently. It’s there nonetheless.
Kudos to King for speaking truth to power.
