I can hardly remember C-BS running polls on Code Pink, or MoveOn.org. Or asking Americans if they watch Keith Olbermann. Perhaps because the media didn’t care. But here is yet another poll from C-BS on Tea Party Members claiming that we’re satisfied with the amount of taxes we paid this year.

“As Tea Partiers gather for today’s rally in Boston, home of the original Tea Party protest in 1773, 42 percent of Tea Party supporters think the amount of income taxes they’ll pay this year is unfair, according to a new CBS News/ New York Times poll.

Yet while some say the Tea Party stands for “Taxed Enough Already,” most Tea Party supporters – 52 percent – say their taxes are fair, the poll shows. Just under one in five Americans say they support the Tea Party movement.

However, those most active in the Tea Party are less satisfied with the amount of income taxes they will pay. Fifty-five percent of Tea Party activists – those who have attended a rally or donated money – (about 4 percent of Americans overall) say their income taxes are unfair.

Americans overall are more likely than Tea Partiers to describe the income taxes they’ll pay this year as fair – 62 percent do, according to the poll, conducted April 5 – 12.

Majorities across all income levels say their income taxes are fair, as do most Republicans and Democrats.”

Of course this is entirely premature as the tax hikes which will fuel Obamacare and so-called “deficit reduction” haven’t kicked in yet. They will in 2011 in a huge way. Ask the question next year C-BS when the Bush tax cuts are no longer in effect and Americans making over $40,000 per year will see their taxes raised an average of 10-15 percent. See how giggly they are then.

Much as MSM outlets like C-BS try to demonize, flatline or marginalize the Tea Party it continues to grow, and if the truth be known the media hasn’t a clue why because they’re so still enamoured by Obama. By the way, I just paid my tax with an extra $276.00 bucks, courtesy of the government taxing my cancer benefit payment. I’m not at all happy about that. But then C-BS wouldn’t dare call the Ranger.

Fact is that it’s not only about taxes, it’s about Americans taking their country back from a radical socialist agenda. And here’s another clue – and a promise: The movement will get bigger as no movement has in this country in a long time.
