It is unconscionable that weapons should be in an NBA or any locker room and then brandished with such disregard for the safety of others. David Joel Stern should make an example of these punks and banned them from the NBA for life.

She’s done. Most likely within the next couple of days or at least by week’s end. The Obama administration did a terrible job, not only preventing the attack, but in the aftermath. Her “the system worked” was a classic “Brownie you’re doing a great job”. Obama doesn’t take embarrassment well and while he’s on vacation Napolitano has been no doubt been told in no uncertain terms to polish her resume.

The LA Times is out to pasture on this one. Most prognosticators, Sabato, Rasmussen, have gone on record to state that the GOP would well pick up the 40 or even 50 seats in the midterms alone. Nothing that has happened in the last couple of months has changed that position.
