Sources have told me that LA homicide may be leaning toward charging Dr. Conrad Murry with possible negligent homicide as soon as final results are received of Jackson’s Friday autopsy. Dr. Murray was interviewed today by LA PD detectives this afternoon.

According to sources detectives are not buying his side of the story, and that wouldn’t be too hard to believe. As you know Dr. Murray’s car was impounded at the scene because police said “it might contain evidence”.

As I pointed out before, if in fact Dr. Murray injected Jackson with a lethal dose of Demerol after knowing that Jackson’s addiction to Oxycontin, he would be at the least negligent in his duties as a physician. At the least this would produce a malpractice suit, at the most a charge of negligent homicide.

More to light has come about Dr. Murray showing that he had massage judgments and other debts, and was being paid for his care of Jackson through AEG the company that was promoting his upcoming tour.

UPDATE: Via AP, citing Murray’s spokesperson Miranda Sevcik who says, Investigators say the doctor is in no way a suspect and remains a witness to this tragedy.” However, my sources are sticking to their side and tell me that although the interview with the doctor was “extensive”, it nonetheless left many unanswered questions.

UPDATE: Washington Post citing LA PD who state that Dr. Murray is not a suspect. Don’t know who is citing this, but again, my source works within the LA PD homicide unit and that is not the case at all.

Again, we’ll see next week.
