Thanks to John Hawkins of Rightwing News and Erick Erickson of Restate for being out front on this petition.
Dear Senator Cornyn,
We the undersigned believe that the National Republican Senatorial Committee should be committed to serving ALL the members of the Republican Party.
Additionally, the NRSC should be focused on defeating Democrats, not Republicans. Towards that end, we believe it was completely inappropriate for the NRSC to endorse a candidate in the Florida primary race.
Therefore, we request that both you and the NRSC alter your position on the Florida Senate race, maintain neutrality, and promise to spend no money directly or indirectly in that race.
Sincerely yours,
John Hawkins

I have spoken with several GOP leaders within South Florida and I can tell you that Crist doesn’t have the support presently to win a primary. However with the support of the NRSC he will have the cash to add to an already impressive pot. Republicans in Florida and indeed the nation deserve better than Crist and Rubio is exactly what we conservatives have been hoping for to make the difference.
So let the NRSC be warned, we will NOT support Charlie Crist and we not be told who and who we can not have as a candidate.

1Mac, I will send an email to all my Texas GOP friends and ask them to call Senator Cornyn’s office and tell him that we do not pick winners and losers in GOP primaries.
