Rush does, I do. In fact that’s what they wrote about, hoped about, talked about, hell, Moveon.org was about. How about this from the Seattle Times dated a few months after 9/11. Written by that greatest of fans of Bush, E.J. Dionne, titled,

Of course, “Democrats begin waiting for George W. Bush to fail”. Who could forget Senator Jay Rockerfeller’s famous memo designed to get the Bush administration to fail, in a time of war no less, and even by way of treason – leaking information about CIA spy programs to the Ny Times.

Oh and there was that little prewar visit to Syria and other rogue nations in the middle east to tell them of our plans in Iraq.

How about Nancy Pelosi calling President Bush “a total failure”. By the way Harry Reid said it too.

Of course it’s hilarious to see moonbats such at TPM, Huffington Puffington Post, Media Matters, and others get all hot and bothered. Like they were card carrying members of the “I Hope Bush Succeeds” club.

But then that’s the point of politics. You always hope your side wins and the other fails. Just because the left demands a difference now because they have ordained their “messiah” doesn’t mean we will bow. Quite the contrary we will not bow. This isn’t about respect to the office of the President, it’s about the fact that we didn’t vote for the guy who’s in there now.

Face it, we conservatives hope President Barack Hussein Obama fails in every left-wing, socialist agenda he tries to initiate. We will work to that end and specifically work to see him out of office in 2012.

If you can’t handle that – too bad, payback is a MOFO.
