Obama last night said that he had appointed Vice President Joe Biden to lead a “tough, unprecedented oversight effort, on the budget because nobody messes with Joe.”

So Joe goes on CBS this morning and is asked what is the website that will show how the stimulus money is being spent, and well, ….he can’t remember it. Watch.

Yep, Joe will sure handle that whateverwhatchamacallit….Simulus, something……
