His admitted violations of the FISA staute leave him an unindicted serial felon, and his deception of the public into acceptance of the deliberately falsified WMD threat from Iraq make his war illegal and the deaths pursuant to it murder, as discussed by that left-wing ideologue Vincent Bugliosi, make him a mass murderer.
