“What freaked me out about this election is how oblivious to facts people have been. Everything about Obama’s judgment and radicalism — whether Sean Hannity or Stanley Kurtz or Andy McCarthy etc. is telling you about it — was essentially deemed irrelevant (including largely by the McCain campaign, save for Palin eventually talking about Ayers). Abortion? Near no one outside a handful of conservatives were talking about his record on infanticide — beyond abortion.
People are in for a rude awakening. And a mature conservative movement, with both an ear and a solid voice, will be needed.”
No need to worry K-Lo, after the media gets through the glow of the honeymoon with Obama after his innaguration, they are going to have a very complex problem. No one wants to hear about the minority party. They will go after Obama just like they did Bill Clinton after the 1992 election, and from what we know about this jive turkey there will be plenty to go after him for.
As President, Barack Obama will not have a “stop the smears” operation, the press won’t let him. As it becomes apparent that all his rethoric was for the 60 second sound bite, and that he really doesn’t have a plan past the one on the teleprompter, they’ll go after him. Watch.
Now we, who have been on the defense for the last four years, can become the offense. The conservative movement is still here and so are the blogs and the lion share of the talk radio audience. Forget the “Fairness Doctrine”, the 51 million of us who didn’t vote for THE ONE won’t tolerate it.
I know that some are congratulating Obama on his win, such as our own John McCain. Yes, that’s fair, but if you listened to the concession speech the reasons this is such a “great moment” is because Obama is black, not because he was qualified, or even able to handle the Presidency. As I said before that makes this election even more pathetic. It was all about electing the first “Affirmative Action” candidate to office.
No matter how you cut it, that’s sad.
He had better learn fast, for we are watching and will be even more of a pain in his ass than during the election season.

1Will I congratulate the first socialist president. Hell, no. I have spent the last 40 years of my life fighting against just such a man. When the protesters took to the streets of my city in 1968, with their stand of books by Marx, Lenin and Gramsci, funded by the Communist Party of America, I fought them. When they spit on my brother returning home from Vietnam, I fought them. When they entered academia, and ran for office, I fought them.
“What have you given us, Mr. Franklin?” the woman asked. “A Republic,” Benjamine Franklin replied. “If you can keep it”he added.
The blood of my ancestors runs strong in my veins. From my ancestors who survived the Trail of Tears, to those who fled the potato famine in Ireland and those who gave their lives to secure the Republic that Mr. Franklin spoke of. And I will continue to fight those who seek to destroy that Republic for the price of $500.00

2You do REALLY think the ObamaMedia will do anything other than glorify in Obama’s “saintly” behavior, and continue to ignore anything that even looks like it MIGHT be critical?
I cannot see Chris Matthews doing anything but drooling over Saint Obama. He, and the rest of the media (the ObamaMedia), will heap praise, and nothing but praise, on the chosen one, regardless of what damage he may do to the USA and the rest of the world.

3We have just had our first third world election. Voter Fraud, intimidation, and all the other trappings that are common in third world countries. Don’t be surprised if what was left after the Clinton’s raided the treasury ends up in Swilss banks. The sight of Louis Farakan’s Black Panthers intimidating white voters in Philadelphia is a sign of things to come. Obama has said he advocates Affirmative action. Who cares if it has been declared unconstitutional. He is the chosen one. He can do as he pleases. He also says that whites owe more than reparations to blacks. They have an ongoing obligation to redress past grievances. Notwithstanding that almost everything that has been accomplished in this country has been done by white men, the most productive segment of our society will relagated to the back of th bus, to redress past grievances. The question is, who is going to feed all these free loaders if white men are eliminated from the workforce? The fact that so many blacks have grown up on welfare is an indication that they are only willing to work when under extreme duress.
We have been going thru the second reconstruction for the past 40 years. It began when industry started leaving the unionized rust belt north and moved South. The difference between the second and the first reconstruction is that the South had enough influential Congressmen to expand the second reconstruction to cover the entire country instead of just in the South. During the first Reconstruction, whtes in the South were disenfranchised, blacks were put in charge of the state and local governments, taxes were raised so high nobody could pay them causing most people to lose everything they had, state and local governments were indebted for billions of dollars for bond issues for projects that were never built, and whites were the object of every kind abuse imaginable. After taking just so much of it, The KKK was born. At the time, putting a sheet over their heads and getting justice in the night was the only way white people in the South could get justice. The law, the courts, and all forms of government were used against them. True, the KKK, like the unions, outlived it’s usefulness, because once they discovered they had the power they abused it. But, even with the FBI having it’s noodle in every meeting of more than two people, It’s possible that another vigilante group will spring up if things really get bad. I believe that necessity is the mother of invention. If Obama carries out his Black Liberation Theology plans and enslaves most white people thru confiscatory taxes, discriminatory educational opportunities and job limitations, I predict a similar type vigilante group will appear when it is needed. The Black Panthers are not the only ones who can swagger around with billy clubs and threaten innocent people.
My grandmother, who was born in 1885, said many times that we would have a race war in this country. If Obama is not careful, he may just trigger it. By the way, do you guys know that in 1923 there were race riots all over the country in which blacks were killed? I haven’t been able to find out what caused them but there have been several localities that have paid reparations for survivors. There have been no blacks in certain areas of SE KY since 1923.

4You attribute some matter of depth, character, principles, to our media that do not exist. They are as shallow, and share the same “character” traits, as obama, they will not expose him, they will continue to champion him. Our country has elected a man that detests what the USA stands for, by a majority, and I can only think they share his attitude towards our country.

5The reason BHO are numerous, but the glaring ones are: MCcain ran a real bad campaign and BHO;s campaign raised a whole lot of money. Both were sure signs of what has occured.
The conservatives need to go back to our grassroots and come up with a new contract with America. In two short years the Dems are going to cause outrage among the populace in regards to the policies that will be passed.
So where is our lconservative eadership?

6Reflections on the GOP Losses…
While Democrats get to cheer and gloat over their victories and the historic win of President-elect Barack Obama, the Republican party has to begin some serious and thoughtful soul-searching….

7“As President, Barack Obama will not have a “stop the smears” operation, the press won’t let him.”
Without intentionally meaning to do so, I presume I’m speaking for untold numbers of others when I type, “Neither will ‘anyone’ who experienced any form whatsoever of denial of their Right to Freedom of Speech during the long, endless campaign..”
Peace and best wishes from North Georgia..
