You restored our confidence that conservatism is alive and well in the party.
As for the asswipes in the McCain campaign who leaked the nonsense to Carl Cameron of Fox News that Palin didn’t know what the continent of Africa was screw you, it’s not true.
I so happen to know a high level staffer and this story is crap.
It’s highly possible that that it came from a disgruntled staffer that was fired last week for undermining the campaign.

When Carl Cameron was reporting on the smears last night on the Factor, he was absolutely gleeful. I haven’t seen Cameron that excited since he reported on George Bush’s DWI.
Fox is falling into the same trap as the rest of the media. They have previously bashed other media outlets for reporting on non-substanciated sources, yet here is Cameron wetting his Hanes over this story.
Greta Van Sustern took the smear merchants to the woodshed last night. She said that she didn’t think that this needed to be reported on when the “leaker” was not brave enough to come out in the open. Kudos to Greta.
But you have to understand; anyone who took on the One, has to be destroyed, permanently. Not just a few hits here and there, total scorched earth.
It was obvious that Fox was in the tank for Obama. Just look at how OReilly was so quick to set everyone straight who dare reveal reveal anything unflattering about Obama. I can’t count the number of times he ended segments with “Obama is not a Muslim.” I dont’ know if Obama is a Muslim and OReilly doesn’t know. Obama alleges he is not a muslim. There are indications he very may well be.
I knew Fox was going down the tube when they became CNN Lite and hired on as commentators and consultants all those Cnn has beens like Juan Willaims, Bob Bectel, Susan Estrich, Eleanor Cliff, and on and on. I stopped watching CNN because I didn’t want to hear anything these people had to say and Fox hired them all on as they fled Cnn’s sinking ship. It is almost more than I can take to watch OReilly any more. He has all those Dem hacks shouting everyone down with their talking points. Doesn’t Fox have a switch where they can cut off mikes so someone else can be heard? All those silly little pussy girls spouting off like they are experts, and the pure venom that substitutes for fair and balanced coverage. I have lost faith in Fox. Anyway, didn’t Rupert Murdock throw his support behind Obama and give him a big donation? seems I heard that a couple of months ago. .
