UPDATE: Joe the Plumber, play it ever where. McCain and other orgs spent millions exposing Obama’s tax lie, and here’s a plumber summing it up in a few sentences.

Fact the lastest WAPO poll showed people aren’t buying that “95 percent will get a tax cut” jive. Only 19 percent believe their taxes will go down, 45 believe they will go up.

Tip: They already have on those – such as myself – making $42,000 per year.

The plumber speaks for the millions of others. Can’t believe how prejudice and eletist the MSM for not hearing what the average citizen is saying and wanting. Their [MSM] focus and reporting is in the mainstream liberal populations. Very bias. My hope is that the McCain/Palin supporters and the undecided’s will show up and vote, and not buy into the big MSM polling lie.

It is amazing how people always talk about helping other people and standing for the American Dream but when ask to now contribute to this, the first thing they do is tuck tail and complain i don’t want to help anyone, i work for this money. What about the millions of soldiers who laid down there life so that you can have your American Dream AND GET PAID LESS THEN THOSE ON WELFARE!! All he is asking is to pay a small percentage of what you earn so that this country can once again bloom. I see you only have views from one net work (FOX) who is so anti-Obama, you speak about far views yeah you are really fair.

Vincent – there is voluntary charity and coerced confiscated taxes. Taxes are not charity – Constitution never allowed an income tax until the 16th ammendment was passed and I would almost garantee that it was not the American people who wanted an income tax, it was the politicans who wanted it. (Because Progressives at that time were spreading the ideology that the Constitution was written for the wealthy landord and not for the majority of the American people – again propaganda that the poor masses believed) Again, piting class warfare.

Here we go again; Obama uses class warfare; it’s disgusting – Joe the Plumber is trying to achieve the American Dream; Obama apologizes and says “I don’t want to punish your success; but we do need to spread the wealth!” — Don’t you get it?

People who don’t have the desire to work or to achieve success won’t do anything about it – they’ll be glad to live on someone elses hard work! Some of these people have been born to families or single parent families where there isn’t any encouragement to succeed – why should they when the government has been supporting them. (I know because a friend once volunteered to train after school student on computer skills – the kid got frustrated and simply said ” I don’t have to do this anyway – the governemtn give me a check!”) Is that fair? Yes there are some people who can’t work due to illness; disability, a very small percentage don’t you think? I mean do you believe that there are 40% of the American population that don’t work??? Doubt it.

Obama’s plan in essense is stealing someone elses hard earned money to give to those who will never improve there station although they have the means to be successful.

Please read the history of taxation – you’d be surprised.
