“REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (AP) - Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu failed to appear Wednesday for a bail hearing and a judge issued a new warrant for his arrest. Hsu forfeits the $2 million bail he posted last week.
Hsu’s lawyer said he doesn’t know where his client is.”
Try China.
Like I said, time to round up the “Paw family” before they hit the bricks (or end up face down in a park, like well, you know, an accident).

1Why was he allowed out on bail? He was an obvious flight risk. Why didn’t they take his passport?
The stench rises.

2OK, so we still don’t know who the dimwit judge was that allowed Hsu, a proven flight risk, out on bail?
Remember when I said that the first stop for the black Suburban he rushed to would be LAX? Bye, bye, California, hellow, Beijing.

4Retire05,
Now we do:
During a hearing last Friday, Judge H. James Ellis ordered Hsu handcuffed and jailed until he could post $2 million bail, which he did after spending about five hours behind bars. The judge declined Hsu‚Äôs request to immediately reduce the bail by half, instead scheduling Wednesday‚Äôs hearing to consider the request…
Un-freaking believable!

8Hsu was supposed to surrender his passport at the hearing today since he didn’t have it with him at the last hearing.
Maybe he can mail it to them from Bejing.

BREAKING NEWS: Hsu Listed Library as His Address - Tuesday, September 04, 2007 @ 5:03:31 PM
When disgraced Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu made a series of contributions to the Andrew Cuomo campaign for Attorney General, he listed as his address: 455 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. That sounds like the type of posh address that would be fitting for a rainmaker such as Hsu. But unfortunately, the location has another tenant: the Mid-Manhattan Public Library.

10He should’ve never been allowed out of jail. It appears, the judge never felt the guy could come up with that bail. So he thought he’d remain in jail. He should have required his passport before allowing him out of jail…bail or not. However, this guy would’ve had another way to leave this country. Is this good for hildabeast?

11I blame the San Mateo prosecutors for agreeing to bail , the judge for allowing it and the FBI for not surveilling him. It’s an outrage.

12Hsu turning up in China any time before the US election would be bad for Hillary.
It would result in further accusation against China’s already untrustworthy reputation…and past involvement in influencing the outcome of a US presidential race.
( a most serious problem at the time for Billy C, and one he only narrowly avoided by means of his best efforts and resources.)
China couldnt maintain any kind of rep with the US by harbouring a second
DNC money man, and Hillary couldnt dodge the conflagration that would occur when the US demanded Hsu’s return for trial…
Hsu will also not show up face down in a public park.
Such killings are a warning to others involved in a wider scheme.
Hsu is most likely just one of several DNC money men acting a lone role. And his discovery was his death sentence, in my honest opinion.
Hsu will most likely never be found or heard from again.
He seems to me, to have been a member of a small “cell” at best…if he was not just one of many players in an enterprise that was careful not to have direct and trackable leadership of it’s illegal money acqusitions.
I think he is dead as pre arranged, and the story will be stifled by clinton resources.
