In case you haven’t heard this nutbag wants General Pace to arrest President Bush and relieve him of “Command”. Capt Ed has covered it very well and is correct that the UCMJ has absolutely no authority over the President of the United States, nor has pace authority to commit treason.

Advocating the overthrow of the US Government is a violation of both naturalization and US visa rules and subjects the perp to immediate deportation or exclusion from entry into the US. Doesn’t matter if he used it in satire or or under so-called protection of the press, he has no such protections for this offense.
