Allah is NOT the name of God

Another Christian apostate:

“AMSTERDAM – A Roman Catholic Bishop in the Netherlands has proposed people of all faiths refer to God as Allah to foster understanding, stoking an already heated debate on religious tolerance in a country with one million Muslims.

Bishop Tiny Muskens, from the southern diocese of Breda, told Dutch television on Monday that God did not mind what he was named and that in Indonesia, where Muskens spent eight years, priests used the word “Allah” while celebrating Mass.

“Allah is a very beautiful word for God. Shouldn’t we all say that from now on we will name God Allah? … What does God care what we call him? It is our problem.”

I’ve covered this before but in no way fashion shape or form does “Allah” refer to the same God as “The God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob”. “Allah” is the name of the Arab pagan “Moon God”. This site has more, here is a clip.

“The pagan Arabs worshipped the Moon-god Allah by praying toward Mecca several times a day; making a pilgrimage to Mecca; running around the temple of the Moon-god called the Kabah; kissing the black stone; killing an animal in sacrifice to the Moon-god; throwing stones at the devil; fasting for the month which begins and ends with the crescent moon; giving alms to the poor, etc.

The Muslim’s claim that Allah is the God of the Bible and that Islam arose from the religion of the prophets and apostles is refuted by solid, overwhelming archeological evidence. Islam is nothing more than a revival of the ancient Moon-god cult. It has taken the symbols, the rites, the ceremonies, and even the name of its god from the ancient pagan religion of the Moon-go”

Christians need to stand up to what is the truth and cast this clown to the dung heap.

Being a life long Catholic, and always comfortable in my religious skin, I felt that I was taught tolerance. But I was not taught submission nor was I taught to violate the laws of the state (render to Caesar’s what is Caesar’s) when those laws posed no harm to another.

Bishop Muskens seems to have become a representative of a different Catholic Church than I know. He is just like the priests here in the U.S. that march with illegals on the streets of San Francisco. It seems they have found a passage in the Bible that instructs them to break the law or submit to the pressure from another religion.

While Islam needs to experience it’s own reformation, the Church needs to get a handle on these priests that a) violate the law; b) cover up for those criminals; c) cave to the enemy like some did in 1938 Germany.

And the Church wonders why it’s numbers are dropping. Perhaps the Pope should email me.

Of course Christianity isn’t based on any Pagan religions at all!

Christianity is heavily based on Mithraism, with bits of others thrown in. You just have to look at Christmas and Easter before Christianity to see the similarities.

Christianity is based on a person – the Lord Jesus Christ. The only religion on earth where it’s founder claimed to be the Almighty.

Perhaps if you read the Bible you’d know that. But then perhaps not.

Jesus didn’t actually claim to be God, in fact as far as I can remember (it has been a while since I last read the good book) he was always referred to as the son of God.

Nothing in the bible was written by Yeshua (or Joshua) of Nazareth, more commonly known today as Jesus, it was attributed to him. Yet what we learn of his life in the bible is almost exactly the same as that of the pagan god Horus.

I think that it is all silly really, it doesn’t matter whether you call him Yahweh, Tetragrammaton, Yeshua, Jehovah or Allah. God is God.

Why stop with calling Him Allah? Lets make all the women parishoners wear mufti and cut off the right hands off of thieves.
