It is important that the American people realize that the MSM is not behind them. When the LA Times is calling for the release of Johnny Walker Lindh and Ellis Hennigen (sp?) is saying the same thing on national TV because he considered Taliban boy to be “just a small fish” who has served 5 years and that should be enough, you understand that the American military is being slammed while the left want to have their “touchy-feely” emotions toward terrorists rule our nation.

Until the advent of the bloggers, we had no option but to take at face value what the MSM told us. But no longer. And that is a good thing. Publications should be forced to be truthful and if they are not, they should be investigated. It is that simple. With the promise of a “more honest and open government” along with that should come a more honest and open media. It is what the American people deserve and what they should demand and when they are purposefully lied to or when a lie is covered up by a media outlet, that outlet should be required by law to give the correction as much coverage as they did the lie.
