I’ve caught this before. Back in 2006 CNN dug up a ex FISA court judge and had him say how much he hated Bush’s domestic survelliance program.
Today the AP resurrects the same story (if at first you don’t succeed) with nothing else but a change of wording?
Can CNN therefore sue AP for plagerism?
You’ll remember Lambert has a rather LARGE mouth and got himself on several interviews last year because of his willingness to tell the media all about the underpinnings of the FISA court.
He’s one of many that the MSM keep in their address book to bring out whenever they need such an article.

1The fifth column grows ever bolder as it appears we are meeting our objectives in Iraq and Afghanistan, i.e. continuing to win the war. It’s behavior that was predicted as the pressure on the enemy increased. Only it was supposed to be the enemy in Iraq that grew bolder in desperation.
