BREAKING: BBC Reporting that car on fire driven into Glasgow airport

Via AP wire……more in a minute….

Via BBC TV, airport is being evacuated.

“Two cars crashed outside Glascow‚Äôs international airport Saturday, with one of them bursting into flames, police said.

The cars collided outside the main terminal at Glasgow International Airport, Strathclyde Police spokeswoman Lisa O‚ÄôNeil said. She did not confirm media reports saying the motorist tried to drive into the terminal building. ‚ÄúOne car is on fire, but it is not clear if it went inside the terminal building,‚Äù she said.”

This might just be a car accident, but after yesterday can’t be sure.

Meanwhile the “stalwarts” of the looney left rehash “The left is soft (actually fast asleep) on terrorism” in time for the 2008 election. Someone ought to get what Hillary thinks about such nonchalantness by her supporters.

It was deliberate, two men were in the car and jumped out, then threw Molotov cocktails at the car (which was already alight). One was badly burned though, probably in hindsight he’s thinking it would have been a better plan to set the car alight after they were both out.

Bit silly really, anyone that has been in a riot would tell you, cars don’t really explode like in the movies, they just burn. Even if it were stuffed with petrol.

Also in broad daylight everyone saw them do it, and so beat them up till the police came. Don’t think that they really thought this ‘attack’ through. Crazy Arabs.

Good to see that these guys are expanding their targets, gets a bit boring when London has all the bombings.

‘Critical’ just means that they haven’t a bloody clue what is going on, so raise the level hoping somebody will spot it before anything does go off.

That must have been some trial run, raise the alert level, get everyone ready, loose two men to interrogation who’ll probably cave after an hour and give away the whole operation. Those kind of trial runs you can do without.

Personally I think that those two men were the ones responsible for London, they’d probably driven up to Glasgow to leave the country but for some reason thought the game was up and so went for Martyrdom instead.

There aren’t too many Muslims north of the border so I doubt they were local.

Sorry, what I meant was that they don’t have any intelligence as to a real and imminent threat, it is just a reaction to the events that have already happened. I don’t think that there will be anymore attacks.

That is unless some more students see this as a call to Jihad and initiate their own hair brained schemes.
