Last night while penning the Joe Klein piece (below) I sought to link perhaps the greatest example of planned Democrat obstructionism, the famous Rockefeller Memo. That memo was reported by The Hill on November 6th, 2003, and had been perhaps one of their most visted links.

However, suddenly, and without explanation the link is now coming back 404. I visited The Hill’s website and it doesn’t show up in any searches.

Luckily we have The Internet Achieve that perserves past pages of a website.

Now does the fact that The Hill removed the memo mean anything? After three years it doesn’t make sense that documents before it and after it are still there, but only it seems to be gone. Again, this wasn’t an obscure document, for it’s the catalysist for more than a few stunts the Democrats pulled over the years, and more so even today.

I’d like to know where it is at, and have contacted the editors to find out.
