Someone tell Newsweak they can stop over sampling their polls, the Dems won. Their recent poll has Bush at a 31 pecentile approval, which is laughable considering their record at over sampling Democrats.

Coming through for the second consecutive election the undisputed king of prognostication, Scott Rassmussen has Bush at 43 percent which is much more accurate considering the balance of whom they poll, and more in line with most non biased agenda driven polls.
