He tries to address the allegations against him but does not do it convincingly. Let's see what tune he sings in the next few days as the FBI investigates him and others. Remember, lying to the FBI is a crime and there is precedence with throwing the book at you, just like is happening to Scooter Libby. Rep. Patrick McHenry was on Fox and Friends this morning repeating this and adding one thing. He said the reply to his letter was a outright refusal by Pelosi and Emanuel to testify under oath! Oooopsi! This thing is going nuclear fast. TODAY is the Ethics Committee hearing…no? Now THAT is going to be a circus!!
