There is virtually NO way that Maf54 is an imposter. AOL knows full well who had that name and the chances that they deleted that specific username and let someone else have it, are slim to impossible due to legal matters.

BUT, and this is a big BUT, if someone had Foley’s chat username and password you could login from whatever computer/IP address that you wanted, all you would need is his username and password.

Actually, this kind of makes the plot thicken even more.

Does Foley have acess to the computer that created the original messages? And if he doesn’t is he the originator of the original messages?

Well this is getting even more nefarious by the second especially when you see the blatently forged messages that are on the Jawa Report..

I suppose that AOL could quash this in a heartbeat if they released information as to the the IP addresses of Maf54..

And so the plot thickens..

I just saw Major Garrett on Brit Hume. He had a reporter that said he was shocked to see Maf54 log on to AIM today! The reporter tried to slip in a quick question, but Maf54 logged off.
I don’t know. I’m thinking Foley could’ve turned on his laptop and AIM sould have logged on automatically. But do they let you do that at rehab?
Or could it have been the IM imposter?

How did Rogers get Foley’s email address contact? Did he hack in?
What are considered IMs? How are they sent? Are they text messages on a cell phone or are they generated on a computer?
