I found this in comments over at Captain&#039;s Quarters.  Any way we can check it out and see if its true?

This...IF TRUE...is a giantic conflict of interest...is it not?  This case should then be IMMEDIATELY thrown out along with the judge!  I REPEAT...IF (AND THAT&#039;S A BIG IF) ITS TRUE!!
